Limitation of Liability

RJ Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Parts availability issues
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Loss of data, settings, or software configurations
  • Continued use of damaged equipment

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service provided.
